By enrolling in tutoring services with Edge Up Tutoring, LLC, you (the “Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1️⃣ Tutoring Services
Edge Up Tutoring, LLC provides personalized academic tutoring, offering services such as:
• 1-on-1 personalized tutoring (online or in-person)
• Reading & Writing support
• Test Preparation
• Homework help & academic enrichment
• Educational technology support (IXL, Night Zookeeper, Khan Academy)

2️⃣ Session Expectations
• Sessions are designed to meet the individual needs of the student.
• Parents/guardians are expected to provide any relevant academic information needed to support the student’s learning plan.
• For online sessions, parents should ensure that students are present and prepared at the scheduled time.

3️⃣ Payment Terms
• Payment is due prior to the first session for pay-per-session or package options.
• Packages must be used within the designated timeframe discussed during enrollment.
• Step Up For Students Scholarship is accepted — parents are responsible for ensuring their student is eligible and funds are available.

4️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Edge Up Tutoring, LLC, we value your time and ours. To maintain consistency and fairness, the following policy applies:
• Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session.
• Cancellations may be made via phone, text, or email:

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will result in:
• Forfeiture of the missed session
• A $25 convenience fee, which will be invoiced to the parent/guardian.
• The convenience fee must be paid prior to the next scheduled session. If payment is not received, all future sessions will be paused until the balance is cleared.
• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation and follow the above policy.
Emergencies: We understand that true emergencies may arise. In these instances, exceptions may be granted at the discretion of Edge Up Tutoring, LLC.

5️⃣ Privacy Policy
Edge Up Tutoring, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide high-quality tutoring services, such as:
• Parent/guardian contact information
• Student academic information and progress
• Login information for learning platforms
• Payment details (if applicable)
We use this information solely for educational purposes and never sell or share it with third parties. Student accounts for third-party platforms (IXL, Night Zookeeper, Khan Academy) are subject to their respective privacy policies.
All personal and academic records are stored securely. Parents/guardians may request access to their child’s information at any time.

Edge Up Tutoring, LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific academic outcomes. We strive to provide the best possible support, but ultimate academic success depends on multiple factors, including student effort, consistency, and school-based factors.

Edge Up Tutoring, LLC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
