Refund Policy
At Edge Up Tutoring, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized educational services to every student. To maintain fairness, consistency, and clarity for all families, the following Refund Policy applies to all tutoring services:

1️⃣ Pay-Per-Session Purchases
• All sales are final once a pay-per-session tutoring appointment is confirmed and payment is processed.
• If a session is cancelled with 24+ hours’ notice in accordance with our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, no refund will be issued, but the session can be rescheduled.
• If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or is a no-show, the session is forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

2️⃣ Package Purchases (5, 10, or 20 Sessions)
• Packages are non-refundable after the first session is completed.
• If a client wishes to withdraw after purchasing a package but before the first session takes place, a refund may be requested — minus a $25 administrative fee to cover processing and scheduling time.
• Once the first session of a package is completed, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions. This policy ensures that families who commit to a package do so with the understanding that tutoring success is built over time and consistent effort.
• Families are encouraged to complete all sessions within the agreed-upon schedule; unused sessions do not carry over indefinitely unless otherwise arranged in writing.

3️⃣ Step Up For Students Scholarship Payments
• For students using Step Up For Students Scholarship funds, all scheduling, billing, and usage of funds are subject to both Edge Up Tutoring’s policies and the guidelines set forth by the scholarship program.
• No direct refunds will be issued to parents for sessions covered by scholarship funds. Unused funds remain the property of Step Up For Students and must be managed according to their terms.

4️⃣ Technology or Platform Access Fees
• Access to IXL, Night Zookeeper, and Khan Academy is included for actively enrolled students while their tutoring package or pay-per-session enrollment is current.
• No refunds will be issued for these platform fees or access once account setup has been initiated.

5️⃣ Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens! Requests for refunds or rescheduling outside of these terms due to medical emergencies or other exceptional situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Edge Up Tutoring, LLC.

By enrolling in tutoring services and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and our full Terms & Conditions.
